This community is situated on 12.46 acres of land, at the crossroad of Dillard Road and Old Mud Creek.
You can bring in your RV or tiny house on wheels or you can opt for buying a lot and have your tiny house built there. You have the choice to either work with Wind River Tiny Homes, that builds and designs tiny homes or you can choose your builder.
This community is close to many outdoor activities opportunities that Scaly Mountain offers, which include Scaly Mountain Outdoor Center and Tubing hill, Hiking Trails, fishing, Highlands Aerial Park, and Sky Valley Golf Course.
#3. Hammer Tiny House Community, Greensboro, North Carolina
The Hammer Tiny House Community is the first of its kind in North Carolina, it was developed by Tiny House Community Development, a Nonprofit organization working to develop tiny house communities in North Carolina.
These houses are leased to residents depending on their situation and income. The mission of this nonprofit organization is to provide a permanent home for people who are homeless.
This community includes five 288 square ft tiny houses and one 180 square ft tiny house. Each of them has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and appliances.
#4. The Acony Bell Tiny Home Community
This beautiful tiny house community is situated on 50 acres of land in Miles River, NC. Lie in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The Acony Bell Tiny Home Community is located between Brevard & Asheville, North Carolina.
This community accepts tiny homes and RVs under 400 square feet and 40 feet long. And offers long-term residential lots and vacation rentals. The rent varies depending on the lot, it cost about $550/month.
This community has communal amenities like walking paths, a mountain trail bike, a community center, stocked fire rings, and landscapes.
